Track My Delivery is a trading name of Leagues Ahead Ltd, company number 17260120. The registered office is Green Court, Blackness Road, Crowborough, England, TN6 2NB. Leagues Ahead Ltd is the data controller for operator accounts and for the delivery data those operators upload.
The service is for businesses. It processes vehicle GPS data from partner systems and delivery addresses provided by fleet operators to show customers delivery progress and estimated arrival times.
Data we store
- Operator account and billing details: company name, billing legal name, address, company number, VAT number, purchase order, and accounts email
- Encrypted third-party credentials
- Route and drop details including postcodes and geocoded coordinates
- Cached vehicle positions while routes are active
- Signed customer tracking tokens (hashed) expiring at end of route day
Retention
Tracking links expire at the end of the delivery day. Operators should export any records they need before deleting routes. Vehicle snapshots are tied to active routes and removed when routes are deleted.
Third parties
- Partner systems — live vehicle GPS
- Google Maps — geocoding, maps display, and ETA calculations
- Stripe — card and Direct Debit payments for Track My Delivery invoices. Card numbers are collected by Stripe and are not stored in this app. Stripe payments are tagged as track-my-delivery so they stay separate from other Leagues Ahead Ltd products.
