The service
Track My Delivery provides route planning, driver updates, and customer tracking for the number of vans licensed on the account. The price follows the published bands and is billed for each licensed van every 30 days.
Invoices and payment
Each invoice shows the supplier's legal name, company number, and registered office, a unique invoice number, the invoice date, the due date, your billing name and address, and the vans and price charged. If you give us a company number, VAT number, or purchase order, those are printed on the invoice and stay as they were on the day it was issued.
Leagues Ahead Ltd is not VAT registered. Invoices do not charge VAT and do not show a VAT number for the supplier.
Payment is taken by card through Stripe at the start of each 30-day period. Saving a card authorises those charges and any pro-rata charge when vans are added during the period. Card statements show LHEAD* TRACKMYDELIVERY, which keeps them apart from other Leagues Ahead charges on the same Stripe account.
Your details
You are responsible for the billing name, address, company number, VAT number, and purchase order you enter. Tell us at [email protected] if an unpaid invoice needs a correction before you pay it.
